At AgCulture, our mission is to be a catalyst for curiosity by sharing compelling real-life stories of entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and innovators in agriculture from around the world and discussing challenging topics of our time. Through engaging conversations and stimulating narratives, we aim to provide a platform that not only informs but ignites a sense of purpose and possibility. Because, together, as a global community of agripreneurs, we've got big things to do, and our podcast is here to amplify the voices and experiences that drive innovation and positive change in agriculture.

 At AgCulture, our vision is to inspire a connected global agriculture community, united by a shared commitment to continual improvement through collaboration. We envision a future where our podcast serves as a beacon for forward-thinking individuals in agriculture, fostering a sense of connectivity that transcends borders.  Our vision is to see agripreneurs from diverse backgrounds coming together, sharing knowledge, and collectively addressing the challenges in agriculture. Together, we envision a future where our connected global agriculture community propels the industry toward greater innovation, sustainability, and success.  

Our host

Paul Windemuller is a pioneering first-generation farmer and entrepreneur from Coopersville, MI. Along with his wife Brittany, he founded Dream Winds Dairy in 2014, inspired by New Zealand's dairy industry. Paul's diverse experiences in agriculture are enhanced by his Series 3 commodity broker license, adding a unique financial perspective to his work. In 2021, he launched Open Sky Agribusiness to offer consulting services, further demonstrating his dedication to supporting the farming community.

Paul plays an active role in the Dairy Farmers of America cooperative and has traveled extensively across Europe, Southeast Asia, and New Zealand, gaining a broad understanding of global agriculture. His upcoming podcast aims to share agricultural stories, insights, and innovations, underscoring his commitment to the industry's continuous improvement and sustainable future.
